Dianna is trained in modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and she practices from a trauma-informed perspective. She is also certified in Prepare-Enrich.

Practicing with openness and curiosity, Dianna places great importance in meeting her clients where they are and creating a safe and nonjudgmental space
in which they can collaborate and practice healthy coping skills to strengthen their relationship with themselves and others. Her goal is to create a patient and productive environment based on mutual trust and understanding in which her clients can practice curiosity and self-compassion as they explore the present
moment and express themselves safely.
Guided by evidence-based therapies, she believes in adapting multiple modalities in treatment to best fit her clients’ unique needs. She is both trauma-informed and trauma-aware, which allows her to draw upon relevant fields in her practice and be attuned to the possible role of trauma as she helps her clients navigate through difficult emotions and life transitions
As an inclusive and affirming therapist, Dianna also incorporates sensitivity and respect to differences in opinions and values of various cultures and welcomes
individuals of all gender identities, sexual identities, and cultural identities.
Dianna believes that therapy can be a transformative process and is honored to support and walk alongside her clients in their journey of self-growth and healing.

Dianna lives in Atlanta, Ga., and when she isn’t working, she enjoys trying out new restaurants, hanging out with family and friends, and relaxing with a hot cup of tea.

OUR LOCATION
We're proud to offer therapy in Atlanta, at the heart of Decatur, Georgia. Our Oakhurst office is conveniently located near I-20 and I-285. Our counselors are licensed in the state of Georgia and offer virtual therapy to clients residing across the state.
