“"Whether you’re pursuing therapy for the first time, or considering starting again after stepping away for a while, I want you to know that your ‘yes’ to this process is a brave step to take! I believe that therapy can be a powerful space where presence, collaboration, and honesty work together to foster healing.”
Creating an environment of warmth and safety, Jessica inspires her clients to draw on their strengths to navigate the issues they face. You might find yourself overwhelmed with anxious thoughts, or have become fatigued with making life decisions. If you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD, or struggle to keep up with your responsibilities, you might feel discouraged about how to show up in the world around you. You may even find yourself in a role where you’ve burnt out and wonder what could be next in your future. In therapy, Jessica extends a compassionate approach with the goal of aiding her clients reach a point of clarity about their present situations, and an understanding of themselves as unique individuals.
Jessica integrates different therapeutic modalities to meet the specific needs of each client. She believes in her clients’ abilities to creatively approach their problems with meaningful solutions. With her experience in various service-based roles, Jessica uses her skills to teach clients how to effectively identify their needs, manage and cope with daily stressors, and implement boundaries. She acknowledges the complexities of how a person’s values, experiences, and beliefs shape the person they are becoming; and her role as a therapist allows her to guide clients into embracing the fullness of their story.
You’ll most likely find Jessica spending time with her husband, trying new food with friends, or unwinding with a good movie. She likes visiting farmer’s markets, traveling, and finding new plants to bring home.
