"Whether you’re pursuing therapy for the first time, or considering starting again after stepping away for a while, I want you to know that your ‘yes’ to this process is a brave step to take! I believe that therapy can be a powerful space where presence, collaboration, and honesty work together to create lasting change.”

Jessica believes that every person she works with possesses creativity and unique strengths to navigate life’s challenges. Transitions can bring exhaustion and uncertainty, leaving you drained from constant decision-making. An ADHD diagnosis might leave you battling shame, struggling with motivation, or feeling like you’re always behind. Maybe you’re overwhelmed by stress—balancing motherhood, leadership, or school—and unsure of what to do next. Jessica helps clients gain clarity about their present situation, understand themselves more deeply, and discover a way forward.
With a background in case management and outpatient recovery, Jessica understands how our environment impacts overall well-being. She teaches clients how to effectively identify their needs, set priorities, and implement boundaries. Having worked extensively in nonprofit and ministry settings, she also understands the demands of serving others and helps clients navigate burnout and emotional fatigue. Jessica acknowledges how values and beliefs shape our view of the world and integrates various therapeutic approaches to meet each client where they are.

When she’s not working, you’ll most likely find Jessica spending time with family, unwinding with a show or audiobook, or exploring a local farmer’s market. She loves traveling and discovering new plants to bring home.
