" I believe to sit with another’s story is sacred trust. We do not come to therapy because we are broken—we come because we are human. Within the tender places of motherhood, the unspoken ache of family, the weight of chronic illness or challenging diagnoses, and the quiet struggles of the self, there is a strength waiting to rise.  In our therapy, I will hold space for that strength, remind you of your wholeness, and walk beside you as you step fully into the life that has always been yours."

You might find yourself here during a major life shift- navigating the highs and lows of parenthood, feeling stretched thin by family dynamics, adjusting to a new diagnosis or trying to make sense of who you are in the middle of it all. My goal is to help you find steadiness again. Together, we’ll slow things down, build clarity, and strengthen your ability to care for yourself and your relationships. In our work, you’ll find a collaborative, compassionate space where we focus on what’s strong, not just what’s hard. You’ll learn practical ways to manage anxiety, communicate more openly, and reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most.

I am a licensed Master Social Worker who graduated in 2017 from the University of Chicago, currently accepting clients in Georgia. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Mindfulness. I specialize in perinatal and maternal mental health with training from the Postpartum Support International to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, parenting including challenges like anxiety, depression, identity shifts, breastfeeding, parenting multiples, pregnancy or parenting while living with HIV. I also support families navigating inter generational trauma, changing roles, and everyday realities of care giving.

My background includes  experience in HIV behavioral mental health, crisis counseling, DCFS and family therapy, work that continues to shape my respect for resilience and connection.

Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with my husband and children, exploring new cities and best local wonders, practicing mindfulness through yoga and reflection, and learning about cultural traditions that celebrate maternal wellness.
