Current support group offerings

Virtual Grief Support Group

Grief has no timeline, and it can feel exhausting and isolating to navigate. This group offers a safe space to share your story, process your emotions, and connect with others who understand the grieving journey. You'll learn coping strategies for the day-to-day and create meaningful rituals to honor your loss while finding moments of connection and hope.

  • Who: Anyone 18+ navigating loss

  • When: 3x monthly (ongoing)

  • Where: Virtual

  • Cost: $50/group (sliding scale available)

Dad's Virtual Support Group

Being a dad comes with its own unique challenges, and it's not always easy to find a space to talk about them. This group provides support, validation, and practical tools to help you navigate fatherhood with confidence. You'll learn to communicate effectively with your kids and partner, understand your attachment style, and connect with other dads who are figuring it out right alongside you.

  • Who: Dads of babies and children of all ages, including hopeful and expectant dads

Parenting Multiples Support Group

Parenting multiples brings unique joys and challenges that others may not fully understand. Connect with parents who get it and gain practical strategies for managing the beautiful chaos of raising multiples. From navigating medical needs and feeding routines to processing the mental health and identity shifts of early parenthood, you'll find both understanding and actionable guidance.

  • Who: Expectant and new parents of twins or triplets (all caregivers welcome: single parents, partners, adoptive and foster parents, LGBTQIA+ families, and NICU graduates)
