Come join us for an evening of reflection and support as we navigate the holiday season while dealing with grief. The holidays can be tough when you're missing a loved one or going through a difficult time. Let's create space together to share our stories, find comfort, and honor our feelings. Whether you're mourning a loss, facing challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed, this event is a safe space for you. Let's support each other and find hope during this challenging time. During the night our team will:
Discuss the ways that grief changes our minds, bodies, relationships, and traditions
Make space through a creative ritual to name and honor those things that we are grieving
Learn self-care practices for slowing down in a busy season
