Maybe you feel overwhelmed trying to juggle it all; work, relationships, children, and everything in between. Life moves fast, and the endless list of tasks can leave you emotionally drained and disconnected from yourself. In today’s world, there are few spaces that truly allow us to slow down, reflect, and simply be. My goal is to create that space. I offer a compassionate, safe, and curious therapeutic environment, rooted in the belief that healing happens through relationships and deeper self-understanding. I tailor therapy to the unique story of each individual. Wherever you are on your healing journey, I believe that growth starts with the simple desire to move forward.
THERAPY FOR CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS
My work with younger clients is person-centered, building trust and emotional safety first. Once that foundation is established, I implement strategies to help children and teens build resilience and reconnect with their bodies, especially during emotional dysregulation.
Therapeutic modalities I use with youth include:
Synergistic Play Therapy Interventions
Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
EMDR Therapy
Expressive art interventions
I commonly support children and teens navigating:
Emotional dysregulation
Anxiety and anxiety disorders
Low self-esteem
Recent traumatic experiences and PTSD
THERAPY FOR ADULTS
As a trauma-informed counselor, I specialize in working with adults using a psychodynamic lens and ego state work to explore the parts of ourselves shaped by early wounds or protective patterns. I am trained in:
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
Ego state therapy
Expressive modalities including art, writing, and sand tray for inner child healing
I commonly support adults navigating:
Anxiety and anxiety disorders
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
Complex trauma and PTSD
Dissociation and emotional dysregulation
ABOUT ME
When I’m not in session, I love expressing creativity through painting or diving into a hands-on project. I also enjoy being outdoors—whether it's running, walking in local parks, or spending time with my spouse and community. I’m always up for a good board game, a round of pickleball, or trying new food spots.
I have worked extensively in private practice and have also developed and facilitated social skills classes for elementary-aged children.
